Test your pamo. for 100 days. If you find that the two of you are not a perfect match, just send it back.
Considering the environmental aspect we ask you to pack the individual parts safely so that nothing has to be thrown away afterwards!
In case of damaged parts due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct the damage from the amount to be refunded.

Please include a small letter with your order number, then we can process your return faster.
The return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and can not be refunded by pamo. As soon as the return has arrived, the amount will be transferred to the original payment method.
Do you already know about PayPal's free return service?

I accidentally transferred the payment directly to pamo, now I have received a reminder from Klarna/Amazon.
This can happen to anyone. Just write a message to our support team, tell us your bank details, the amount and the date and we can process the refund.
One of my packages has not arrived?
Since large orders usually do not fit into one package, we like to split it. On some occasions DHL loads or delivers the packages differently. If you only got one shipment number, feel free to contact us - we have it!
Do you also deliver with other shipping providers?
Our shipping partner is currently DHL.
Do you also deliver to Switzerland or countries outside the EU?
Deliveries to Switzerland or other countries are not a problem. Please note that shipping costs may apply.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The desired part is not available in the store, can I achieve the needed length in a different way?
In principle it is possible. However, you always need a connecting piece that extends the pipes after screwing them in. Accordingly, it is difficult to give a general answer to this question. If it is not urgent, it is best to wait until you can buy the missing part in the store again. Otherwise you can contact us here. We will surely find a solution for you.
The system is too tall for the room, is it possible to order a lower one?
Unfortunately, we currently have no capacity to accept custom orders. However, we have a custom order area. Alternatively, you can simply assemble the required parts in the DIY area.
The powder coating is coming off?
Oh no, that should not be the case. Just send us a message, we will ship a new part immediately.
How much weight can the crossbars hold?
We do not have an exact kg specification here. However, usually the wall gives up before the bars bend. You can hang as many clothes as fit on the bars without any problems. Heavy jackets or coats are not a problem.
A product is currently not available, when will it be back in the store?
We do our best to ensure the parts are available as soon as possible. Under the respective product you will find how long it will take until the part is back.
Do the bars come in a different color?
Aside of black, we offer a limited edition in gold! We currently do not have other colors in the assortment.
Can I expand one of the systems with single bars?
That is definitely possible! The best way to do it is with one of our modification kits. Depending on your wishes, you can choose from one, two or three crossbars in the store. If your ideas are not assimilable, you can simply add the missing parts in our DIY section. Don't forget to order the necessary connectors and/or clamps!
Is there a trick to screw the connections all the way in?
Due to the powder coating, some parts can sometimes be more difficult to assemble than others. With a little more force or lever you should be able to fix this problem. A trick: Screw another short tube into the thread and try to get the connectors screwed off completely. If there are unsolvable problems with the thread, we will gladly exchange it! Just send us an email with your order number and a few photos.
Can the golden systems also be purchased with wood?
Of course! However, we do not have shelf holders in gold in the assortment. You would have to resort to the black holders.
Can I swap the short and long sides of the EDGE models?
Since our tubes and connectors all fit together, you can freely swap sides! You just have to turn the connectors accordingly to the other side.
Can I order a custom made product?
Unfortunately, we do not have capacity to accept custom orders. However, we have our customization area for you. Alternatively, you can simply find all the required parts in the DIY area.
How long are the shelf brackets?
Approximately 25 cm, depending on how far you screw the thread in, there might be a bit of a discrepancy.
Is there a model for slope roofs?
Unfortunately, we do not have a special system for apartments with slope roofings. However, our low clothes rack LIL LAS LOW fits due to its low height below higher roof slopes. Via the DIY section you can create a fittings clothes rail or if necessary, omit tubes and attach them in other places - here you are super flexible!
Can the width be shortened?
In our customizatoin are you will find all the variations that we currently offer. You have not found the right product? You can easily create your own clothes rail with the DIY tubes!
I do not want to drill, is there a solution?
Of course, all of our freestanding systems do not require drilling or fastening.
Do the bars rust?
Our special matte black powder coating protects your tube from rust! So you can use the rods without problems in damp rooms or even in the bathroom.
Is there enough space for hangers?
Yes! Our systems are specially designed so that standard clothes hangers find enough space and do not rest against the wall.
Can I shorten pipes?
You are welcome to try this on your own responsibility. However, you should bear in mind that you will need the right tools, such as a 3/4 inch tap, as well as manual dexterity.
How big is the distance to the wall?
We have chosen a perfect average of 30cm. That way the hangers do not rest against the wall and the clothes rail is not stand too far in the room.
Are the wooden boards variable?
The board holders are attached with T-clamps, which are threaded onto the tube and tightened with grub screws. This allows you to mount the boards at any height you like.
Do the boards also fit to custom made orders?
Unfortunately, the boards only fit our standard dimensions with the 93cm tubes, because they are already pre-drilled.
ORDER
I ordered the wrong part and would like to exchange it?
No problem! Just send the wrong part back with a short message and include your order number. Feel free to reorder the right part from our store. We will send it to you immediately and refund the cost of the returned item.
How do I find the status of my order?
You have probably received an email from us, in which a shipment number is attached. You can enter the shipping number via DHL "Shipment tracking" and see where your order is. If there are any problems, please contact our support team!
Something is missing in my order.
Nobody is perfect. The clothes rails are packed by hand, so sometimes there may be a part missing. Just send a short message with a description of the missing part. We will immediately send you the missing part!
I measured wrongfully.
No problem! Just send the wrong part back with a short message and include your order number. Feel free to reorder the right part from our store. We will send it to you immediately and refund the cost of the returned item.
The tracking still says "was announced electronically" what is the reason for this?
Oops, that can unfortunately happen sometimes when your package is still on the DHL truck. Don't worry - at the latest it will be on its way with one day delay! You are waiting too long? Then send us a short message.
One of the parts is broken, do I have to send everything back or can I exchange only this one?
Oh no, this should not be the case. Please send us an email (support@pamo-design.de) with your order number and a few photos of the defective item. Together we will surely find a solution!
I received the wrong system.
Please send us a short message with the order number, we will send you the right system immediately.
Can I get a missing part from you, Amazon has turned me down on this.
Of course, nothing should be missing! We will send you the missing part as soon as possible. Send a message to our support and attach your order number and the part that is missing.

Unfortunately not yet! Nevertheless, we are of course happy if you stop by in person!
Can I request a catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not have a catalog. But our online store works like one! All models, dimensions and pictures can be found in our online store!
