As we naturally also want to consider the environmental aspect, we kindly ask you to pack the individual parts in a way that nothing has to be thrown away afterwards!
Please note that ordered items can only be returned completely as a full product. No refund can be issued for individual parts that are components of a set.
In the event of a return, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Unfortunately, the shipping costs paid with the order cannot be refunded.
If parts are damaged due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct an amount from the refund.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer and unfortunately cannot be reimbursed by pamo. Once the return has arrived, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

That can happen to anyone. Simply send a message to our support team with your bank details, the amount, and the date, and we will arrange the refund.
